General Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Shipping/Freight Forwarding/ Logistic
- Education minimum D3
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in Freight Forwarding/shipping/logistic
- Building and maintaining customer relations
- Have customer and shipping database is an advantage
- An extensive network of contacts with freight forwarder or shipping industry is an advantage
- Willing to be Placed in All Main cities Port in Java Island

LOGISTIC Job Description:
- Shipping coordination: Overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in good condition
- Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels and using computers to manage inventory databases
- Tracking and reporting: Tracking and updating the status of shipments, and maintaining records of shipping activities
- Collaboration: Working with other departments to integrate logistics operations with business systems
- Cost savings: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and negotiating with freight forwarders and inland transporters
- Contract agreement: Providing contract agreements for forwarders and inland transporters
- Compliance: Complying with regulations regarding logistics and transportation
- Process review: Reviewing all processes and systems, and designing and implementing new plans and procedures as needed
