Deskripsi Pekerjaan

REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): English
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in sales merchandising experience within furniture, and/or export manufacturing industry
4. Preferably Staff (non-management &amp non-supervisor) specialized in Merchandising or equivalent.
5. General knowledge of furniture or product production
6. Good command in written and spoken English
7. Service oriented with attention to details
8. Mature, independent with a positive attitude
9. Able to work in a team but also a self-starter

JOB DESC

1. Liaise with factory on customer’s needs which include pre- production samples, price quotation and
   tracking production
2. Participate in the product development stage in order to ensure samples match with required
   specification and quality standard
3. Follow up on order details and communicate requirements to factory
4. Track production process throughout to ensure specifications have been met
5. Able to identify problems and work our alternative solutions with factories to resolve any problems
   which may arise
6. &nbspCheck quality of products in different production stages
7. Able to make and maintain quality protocols to ensure customer satisfaction
