Job Summary : 
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Merchandaiser OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to manage and maintain the negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, analyzing market trends and facilitating the successful execution of product development projects. 
Requirements : 
- Education min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Have Experience min 2 years in merchandising, procurement, or supply chain management in bag industry more preferably
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Having a strong analytical and problem solving skills for analyzing market trends
- Having a Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with suppliers
- Making strategic decisions and Identifying opportunities for growth
- Placement in Kendal Industrial Area
Responsibilities : 
- Material Selection : Choosing high-quality materials that meet product specifications and design requirements, good an negotiating prices and purchase terms with material suppliers.
- Material Procurement : Responsible for purchasing raw materials and components from local or international suppliers, ensuring the availability of materials according to production schedules
- Product Development : Collaborating with the design team to develop prototypes for new bags or modifications to existing design.
- Quality Control : Ensuring that manufactured products meet established quality standards
- Supplier Relations : Bundling and maintaining good relationships with raw material suppliers and production factories
- Market analysis : conducting market analysis to understand consumer trends and needs, monitoring competitor products.
- Project Management : Development projects from concept to mass production, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Cost Monitoring : Monitoring production cost and ensuring that products are produced within the established budget
- Performance Reporting : preparing reports related to sales, inventory and production costs, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
