Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with buyers/suppliers to achieve competitive quotations and maximize profitability.
· Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
· Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
· Maintain a close relationship and communication with customers and answer to their inquiries.
· Maintain strong business relationships with factories for product development and production.
· Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
· Validate samples and costing submissions from supplier factories.
· Communicate customer’s requirements to supplier factories.
· Oversee the sampling and order management processes to ensure smooth and effective operations.
· Proactively collaborate with relevant parties to anticipate and address any potential issues regarding product quality and ensure timely delivery.
 
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Garment or Fashion Merchandising.
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably one who has experience with both factories and buying agents.
· A strong understanding of the product development process, materials, procurement, and merchandising process.
· Strong administration and organization skills to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. (Mandarin speaking skill is a plus).
· Strong MS Office skills and ability to use all relevant tools and systems.
· Proficiency in costing and pricing analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
·Occasional travel is required.
