Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description :

1. Follow up the traceability documents for Import and local supplier for fabric and accesoris
2. Ensure fabric traceability uploaded on time and update status to PPMC and Marketing team
3. Validate the shipping documentation for fabric and accesoris from Import supplier
4. Upload the shipping documents to designated website or system
5. Monitoring and maintain the shipping process and documentation for Import and Export
6. Maintain the shipping documentation data of each item
7. Communicate with supplier and export import dept related with shipment

Job Requirements :&nbsp

1. Bachelor degree of any field
2. Able to communicate in English
3. Experiences in handling shipping documentation for about 2 – 4 years&nbsp
4. Have a basic knowledges about shipping processes from import or local supplier
5. Have a good communication skill
6. Passionate in administrative task
7. Advance in Excel skill&nbsp
8. Have a basic knowledges about fabric for garment industry
9. Willing to be placed in Ungaran
