Responsible :
- Handle promoter (SPG/SPM), as a leader in providing direction and mentor to promoters
- Monitoring sales and payments from the promoter team
- Able to plan sales targets
- Understand sales concepts
- Expand product market share and brand awareness in each area to increase sales
- Able to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Carrying out continuous evaluations to improve work quality and sales targets
- Have strong leadership and can work with a team
- Able to negotiate well, effectively and efficiently
- Carry out duties and responsibilities given by superiors
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers
Requirements :
- Minimum education: S1 in all majors
- Minimum experience as SPV Sales 2 years in the retail sector
- Mastering Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Good working attitude, serious and active
- Have good communication skills
