Deskripsi Pekerjaan
JOB PURPOSE
- Organize Training from Scheduling to Evaluation
- Designing training development programs and curriculum/ shop hour
- Measuring Cycle time to conduct evaluation.
- Develop Skill Matrix Chart
 
MAIN RESPONBILITIES
- Ensure Training is planned and implemented on schedule.
- Ensure that training programs and curricula run appropriately.
- Create & maintain Individual Training Record of Trainee
- Make an evaluation of training results and update into skill matrix / mutiskill chart
- Work with related department on trainee deployment
- Pooling of trainee and deployment according to daily request needed.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
- Familiarity and understand IE, Matrix Skill, Lean Training
- Footwear industry experience is preferred.
