Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1.           Deliver Financial target in every plan and forecast cycles that cover of controlling industrial margin, supply fixed cost, productivity and capex spend
2.           Prepare numbers for Capex & Opex in every plan & forecast cycle with accuracy including system submission.
3.           Strong business partnering to support delivery financial target by active intervention on Capital Expenditure and Factory cost control
4.           Monitoring Fixed Assets in the factory covering lead fixed asset verification (asset count) and propose fixed asset impairment if there is any.
5.           Coordinate with Plant Team to achieve productivity related with opex to support delivery of target
6.           As part of finance compliance,  support on all Audit activities , coordinate the audit points closure and lead self assessment audit in factory to meet minimum set of financial controls
7.           Ensure Month End Closing reporting accuracy with detail analysis on the gap/flux between actual vs plan/forecast
8.           Support any  system transformation that happened in the factory
