Tasks & responsibilities
- Leading the training need analysis activity for all employe (Annually)
- Conduct the Pre-Training (Arrange training, choose the participate) and Post Training Activity (Monitoring Evaluation, Training Report and Training documentation)
- HR Representative in Factory Project related with Learning and Development.
- Conduct the training for new employee and arrange the training plan with relevant user.
- Maintaining Document at HR (as Document Control)
