Qualifications & experience
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in management, psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (recruitment) is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Communication, time management, interpersonal skills.
- Must have safe and healthy- minded
- Required language(s): English.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Build relationships with educational institutions, training centers and third parties
- Talent search and screening the candidates including prepare and conduct the interview
- Connect with other department to understand the cadre requirements and quantity
- Maintain cadre fulfillment and recruitment documentation (personal file, confirmation letters, etc)
- Make sure the onboard process for the new employees and engage with new employees until probation period finish.
- Actively build company branding internally and externally
