Job Description:
- Handle 3 line with 19 operators.
- Support production to achive the target by do problem solving related to industrial engineering (Time study, line balancing, etc)
- Develop and make training plan for operator.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering & Science.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Lean Manufacturing, cycle time, analytical thinking.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
- Must have safe and healthy- minded
