Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
- Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
- Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
- Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.
- Identifying market trend in our target market.
- Analyze sales figures, forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits, customer traffic, and store promo
- Liaise with the HQ on branding, marketing, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Making sales report and sales planning.
- Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.
- Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.
- Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable.
Requirements:
- Age 26 – 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in store management, preferably within fashion retail
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software.
- Have an understanding about KPI’s Metrics.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry.
- Having experience dealing with mass product.
- Detail and target oriented.
