- Have at least 1 year working as Supervisor or 2 years experience as a Barista.
- Understand and able to plan and direct the implementation of store operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction, sales target, and cost efficiency.
- Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Have at least graduated from SMK/D3/S1 of Hospitality Degree.
