Requrements:
- Working experience 3 years as profesional sales in building materials or consumer goods
- good communication and interpersonal skill, negotiation skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, professional selling skills, and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in all Majors
- having pleasant personality and appearance
 
Detaile Main Job Responbility:
- developing sales strategy to manage the respective area to hit sales target by monthly basis performance.
- managing anf improving distributor perfomance by giving bussines direction to align with principal objective.
- mastering and understanding distribution channels by identifying total potential volume and market share to win the competition.
- conducting market survey by direct visit to shops and collecting data required for analysis.
- generating sales report and pipelines by daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- collecting potential distributor candidates for future development.
