Job Summary:
A pivotal role in achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and agents in targeted cities/industries. Providing dedicated sales and technical support, attending global exhibitions and engage in market exploration. Open to working as a sole-contributor.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the company’s sales plan to surpass established targets.
- Expand and manage B2B Sales.
- Cultivate and expand a network of distributors and agents in targeted regions/industries, fostering lasting relationships.
- Provide dedicated sales and technical support to distributors/agents to drive sales.
- Attend global exhibitions/trade shows to identify potential markets and engage with prospective customers.
- Collect, organize, and provide insightful feedback on target market information.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging repurchases, transfers, and introductions for sustained sales growth.
- Take ownership of customer information establishment, storage, and classification management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, engineering/ science or higher, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales-related position.
- Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.
- Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 75% travel.
- Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and adept interpersonal building skills.
- Valuable experience in managing regional sales, and familiarity with the Indonesia market is a significant plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, including rural areas.
- Own a vehicle is an advantage
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
