Deskripsi Pekerjaan
-Minimum D3 graduate, with at least 3 years of experience in Sales (preferably with experience in door-to-door or hunting sales). -Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. -Must be adaptable to the latest technology, preferably familiar with GoPay/Gojek Apps.
-Has a strong orientation towards meeting and surpassing predefined sales targets. -Should possess effective communication and interaction skills, has a clear and articulate communication to convey goals, expectations, and feedback. -Has a strong leadership to motivate and inspire team members to surpass predefined sales targets.
-Capable of adapting in changing market conditions and thriving in a fast-paced environment with challenging workloads
