Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Manager Sales from food / FMCG distribution company, especially food service.
- Candidate must have driving license type A.
- Willing to do business trip frequently.
- Strong in Data Analytic and Proficient in Excel
Job Descriptions :
- Responsible to develop potential business at Bakery Outlet, Hotel, Resto & Café, Catering & Institution segment
- Responsible for achieving sales & distribution targets including EC, Transaction Activity, RO, NOO, Promotion, etc
- Monitoring & ensuring target achievement (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Build and maintain good relations with key person, manager, key outlet, etc
- Regularly make “blitz calls” to pareto outlets and check sales conditions
- Create and monitoring Purchase Order Plan (forecasting) every months
- Monitoring the realization of promo vs target, evaluate & improve promotion programs.
- Monitoring sales & promotion team (Sales, SPG)
- Make reports
