Job Description
– Mapping the potential of the marketing area that has been determined by the company
– Planning & conducting customer visits and evaluating customer needs
– Providing product presentation and the best solution for customer needs
– Support company marketing activity
– Make a work plan to achieve the specific sales target
– Make price quotations, receive orders from customers and process orders to admin
– Build up an excellent relationship with new potential customer
– Manage and maintain good relationships with key account customer
– Make sales and activity report
– Job location: Semarang, Jawa Tengah
 
Qualifications
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Biology/ Biotechnology/ Pharmacy/ Life Science background
- Demonstrable understanding of technical sales activities
- Excellent customer relationship management skills coupled with a strong sense of empathy and diplomacy.
- Good presentation with the ability to deliver presentations to customers and prospects.
- At least 2 years of experience within the healthcare/laboratory industry as a technical sales/similar role
- Target-oriented, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact
- Effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
- Has valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle
- Domiciled in Semarang, Central Java
