Deskripsi Pekerjaan

This position will be responsible for the Telesales team and monitor their sales target, leads number and also call performance. Other than that this position will be responsible for managing the marketing program and coordinating with offline sales team to make sure they can achieve the division target.&nbsp

Job Requirement:

• Experienced as a Telesales Manager and handling B2B customers
• Able to analyze data &amp giving insight based on the historical performance
• Have a good leadership &amp coaching capability
• Target oriented and able to adapt with volatile working condition

This position will be placed in one of our HQ in Central Java with 6 working days arrangement
