Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Minimum Diploma Mandarin or all major related
- Having experience as Customer Service Executive or Tenant Relation minimum 3 years
- Having experience to handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.
- Having experience supervising work system / procedure in the customer service department
- Have capability to liaise with relevant government departments and another parties involved.
- Able to speak in Mandarin Languange
- Candidate(s) must fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Placement : Kendal (Central Java)
