Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualification :
•  Minimum Diploma Mandarin or all major related 
•  Having experience as Customer Service Executive or Tenant Relation minimum 3 years
•  Having experience to handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.
•  Having experience supervising work system / procedure in the customer service department
•  Have capability to liaise with relevant government departments and another parties involved.
•  Able to speak in Mandarin language is a must
•  Fluent in English is an advantage
•  Placement: Kendal (Central Java)
