Job Requirements:
- Min 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. (Experience with mobile phone or electronics product is a plus)
- Proven leadership by leading min. 200 – 500 team members
- Strong market understanding in specific area
- Strong partnership and leadership skill
 
Job Descriptions:
- Lead and drive sales network team Sales Agent, District Manager to ensure target achievement
- Monitor & categorize performance, develop potential talents, and ensure team is fulfilled with high performance individuals.
- Develop and execute sales strategy in his/her respective area, include propose improvement plan to ensure growth and KPI achievement
- Set region strategy and action plan to consistently implement company initiatives
- Utilize reports/data and relationship with partners/brands to identify business potential in one’s territory.
- Negotiate with partners to implement potential activities like exhibitions.
- Control risk level in his/her respective areas, ensure excellent implementation of “Know Your Customer” & POS risk management
- Comply to CoC – act in accordance to CoC, company regulations, and social norms.
- Promote risk awareness – work with trainer, risk team, and security to improve team awareness on risk potential.
- Conduct POS Opening in assigned area to grow sales network.
- Ensure the complete number of sales team, conduct coaching and development to build high performance team (DSM, SA)
- Propose and execute initiatives and projects aiming to improve sales results and company market presence
- Quickly escalate major issues to head office, follow up for speedy resolution
- Share best practice across districts
- Exhibiting actions which represents company values.
