Qualifications:
- Experienced in textile manufacturing (especially sewing)
- Proficient in Japanese (minimum N3 level)
- Proven track record in managing production teams and achieving production targets
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
