Job Description:
– Perform quality checks on customer service agents handling inquiries including the LLM review
– Ensure processes and translation results complies with native Korean standards
– Provides direct live translation from Indonesian to Korean on customer cases if necessary
– Prepare and present regular reports on translation results and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
– Certified TOPIK 5 Language Proficiency
– Diploma/ Bachelor Degree with a GPA of at least 2.75
– Preferably have experience in Travel/Hospitality Industry
– Willing to be based in Semarang
– Available to join immediately
