We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting the achievement of our Sales Network by delivering effective development programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders. Your responsibilities will include:
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Developing and implementing training programs for Sales Agents and Sales Network leaders using various methods to enhance their skills and knowledge.
– Collaborating with Sales Network leaders to ensure that ALDI partners are well-informed about HCID products and processes.
– Monitoring area Sales Network KPI performance and working with Sales Network leaders to develop programs for Sales Agents and District Managers.
– Promoting self-learning through HaCI and DIKA for Sales Network members.
– Supporting the implementation of company initiatives at the area level.
REQUIREMETNS
– University degree from any major, preferably from management, HR, communication, or psychology.
– At least 1 year of work experience in adult training or a similar position.
– At least 1 year of experience in the Sales, Financial, Banking, or Insurance industry.
– Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
– Proficiency in basic Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, laser, animation, cropping, etc.).
– Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
– Willingness to visit sales points every week.
