Qualifications :

1. A bachelor’s degree in any field
2. At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in BPO services
3. Understand the T&ampA process
4. Have expertise in developing training manuals, modules, and curricula
5. Familiar with utilizing LMS
6. Capable of developing learning and teaching concepts
7. Proficient in communication and public speaking
8. Strong management skills
9. Available to start immediately
10. Experience in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel

Job Descriptions :

1. Deliver consistent and high-quality training
2. Manage all aspects of the training environment, including reporting requirements
3. Develop programs and curriculum for the employees of the organization and clients (if needed)
4. Identify improvements to the training curriculum and provide recommendations
5. Represent the L&ampD department in meetings and interactions with client
6. Analyze the effectiveness of training to the employees and develop appropriate modifications if needed
7. Collaborate with the company management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
8. Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
9. Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
