Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in BPO services
- Have expertise in developing training manuals, modules, and curricula
- Familiar with utilizing LMS
- Capable of developing learning and teaching concepts
- Proficient in communication and public speaking
- Strong management skills
- Available to start immediately
- Experience in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
Job Descriptions :
- Deliver consistent and high-quality training
- Manage all aspects of the training environment, including reporting requirements
- Develop programs and curriculum for the employees of the organization and clients (if needed)
- Identify improvements to the training curriculum and provide recommendations
- Represent the L&D department in meetings and interactions with client
- Analyze the effectiveness of training to the employees and develop appropriate modifications if needed
- Collaborate with the company management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
