JOB SUMMARY: 
- Direct and oversee day-to-day operations within the center through effective leadership and efficient management of operations and support resources.
- Ensure the delivery of all client KPIs and targets. 
- Leads and manages contact center projects for improving quantitative and qualitative client performance and client satisfaction.
- Enhance employee performance by managing the training calendar and creating necessary education-related materials. Determine our company’s training needs by evaluating employee performance
- Establish systematic workflows to ensure our employees receive guided training
- Implement technical tools for evaluating employee growth and development
 
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
- Education: Minimal Bachelor Degree in any major
- Language : Fluent in English
- Minimal experience in quality and training as the OM for 3 years (mainly focus)
- Have experience in contact center training quality assurance
- Advanced knowledge of online training methods and best HR practices
- Proficiency in learning management systems
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
