Purpose Statement: The Training Coordinator Sr will oversee and optimize the logistical aspects of technical training programs. This role involves coordinating training schedules, managing resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of training events. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the training team, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of technical education initiatives.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Manage and schedule training materials and sessions, including administration of the learning management system and orientation training.
- Manage training inquiries and ensure compliance to current training matrix requirements and updates.
- Communicate training metrics effectively and adapt to changes in work plan, priority, and management decisions.
- Participate in improvement initiatives, look for opportunities to enhance work productivity and efficiency, and work cooperatively in both individual and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and training requirements for the role, consistently complete assignments on time without compromising quality, and adhere to organizational quality policy guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of related experience.
- A combination of education, experience, and time in field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.
Other Qualifications:
- Robust background in coordinating and organizing comprehensive technical training initiatives with a proven track record in facilitating seamless training logistics with a strategic mindset.
- Excels in managing training schedules, resources, and participant communication as well as ensuring the smooth execution of technical training programs.
- Proficient in learning management systems, strong interpersonal skills, and effective collaboration among various stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 40%
