Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and develop training curriculum.
- Create policies and procedures on training.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Identify training needs analysis (TNA).
- Monitor training activities to ensure they are relevant and effective.
- Evaluate training activities implementation to ensure training effectiveness.
- Plan training program based on business goals.
 
Qualification:
- Max 32 years old.
- Have experience in related position minimum 1 year (preferably from hospitality).
- Having experience to design TNA & module development.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- Strong integrity, initiative, and analysis.
- Innovative, outstanding trainer, and facilitator of learning and change.
