- Bisa berbahasa Mandarin
- Tidak ada persyaratan akademis, tetapi diperlukan pengorganisasian bahasa yang baik dan keterampilan ekspresi bahasa
- Taat pada tata kerja, bekerja sungguh-sungguh dan penuh tanggung jawab, serta mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik serta semangat tim
- Memiliki pengalaman management
