Job Description
- Evaluate the physical and mental condition of employees based on client guidelines to identify areas of concern
- Conduct individual counselling sessions and design group sessions to understand and address the needs of employees
- Develop, coordinate and manage wellness and engagement programs
 
Requirement
- Master Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Experienced in conducting private or mass counselling
- Preferably candidate with counselling certification
- Demonstrate critical thinking and quick in solving problems
- Good communication in English
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
